שמי עדי גל יערן ואני דיאטנית קלינית בעלת תואר ראשון בתזונה קלינית (B.Sc) ותואר שני בתזונה בריאות והתנהגות (MAN).
בוגרת קורס הנחיית קבוצות, קורס הפרעות אכילה וקורס לטיפול תזונתי בגישת הCBT.
עבדתי 9 שנים כדיאטנית במחלקת אשפוז לבריאות הנפש במרכז רפואי "העמק" ובמרפאות לבריאות הנפש ולהפרעות אכילה, כיום אני דיאטנית בבית חולים פסיכיאטרי בלונדון במחלקת אשפוז לבני נוער בבית חולים Springfield  ובעלת קליניקה פרטית אונליין. דוקטורנטית בפקולטה לרפואה בטכניון בנושא תזונה ובריאות הנפש - חוקרת בתחום פטריות מרפא ומניעת עייפות כרונית, חרדה ודיכאון.

My name is Adi Gal Yaran and I am a clinical dietitian with a bachelor's degree in clinical nutrition (B.Sc) and a master's degree in health and behavioral nutrition (MAN).

Graduated from a group facilitation course, an eating disorders course and a nutritional therapy course using the CBT approach.

I have worked for 9 years as a dietitian in inpatient mental health wards at HaEmek Medical Center, as well as in outpatient mental health and eating disorder clinics.
I currently work as a dietitian in an adolescent inpatient psychiatric unit at Springfield Hospital in London, and I also run a private online clinic.

PhD student at the Technion Faculty of Medicine on nutrition and mental health - researcher in the field of medicinal mushrooms and prevention of chronic fatigue, anxiety and depression.
